Interior architecture application and consultancy services were provided by Senemoğlu Architecture.

The project, whose architectural project was designed by Emre Arolat, consisted of four building blocks on the land and an envelope structure surrounding the building blocks, and its implementation was carried out with engineering and coordination consultancy. The project, whose foundation was laid in 2008, was transferred to Yalova Municipality by Akkök Holding in May 2011.

The project has a closed area of approximately 8,000 m², including walkways between blocks, foyer, exhibition, viewing and terrace areas.

The section covering an area of 6,000 m² was designed as a landscape and garden area.
